Domain Name Registration:
    1.01    Domain name registration done for the buyer client based on the availability of the domain.
    1.02    Domain registration done in the client’s postal address provided they have paid the full payment.
    1.03    100% advance payment needed for making the domain registration or renewal.
    1.04    For charges details please contact with us, it may vary from time to time.
    1.05    We may use our mail id for correspondence or providing technical and administrative support.
    1.06    Email Id, Privacy protection, SSL Cirtificate or other services will cost extra.
    1.07    Domain name can’t use any kind of wrong, objectionable or copyright contents.
    1.08    Domain will suspend, if we found illigal content or usage, with out refunding any amount.
    1.09    Domain name registration or renewal done on yearly basis.
    1.10    Client has to renew the domain every year in order to continue with same domain.
    1.11    Renewal payment can be done from 1 year to maximum 10 years of time.
    1.12    Moving or transferring the domain to other service provider has to pay admin charges.
    1.13    We need a registered mail id for domain name registration.



Web Hosting:
    2.01    Web hosting is done for hosting a website, using business email etc.
    2.02    No web hosting can be done without a domain name registration.
    2.03    Domain and hosting at one location serves better.
    2.04    For charges details please contact with us, it may vary from time to time.
    2.05    100% advance payment needed for buying or renewing the hosting space.
    2.06    Website design clients are eligible to use after 100% design charges are paid.
    2.07    We are currently providing Linux web server. Windows server can be provided on request.
    2.08    Additional detail training can be provided with addtional cost.
    2.09    Website design clients can use hosting services after paying the full payment.
    2.10    For renewal client has has to make the payment by bank deposit / bank transfer / cheque payment.
    2.11    On site visits are chargable with prior appoiment based on the availbility.
    2.12    Clients can buy business email ids by paying its charges.
    2.13    We don’t provide any support on any physical device, installition, setup etc.



Website Design and Development:
    3.01    All contents has to provide by the client, in a softcopy format in microsoft word page.
    3.02    All communications has to be done by email, whatsapp or by phone if needed.
    3.03    Please provide best possible description about your products or services.
    3.04    Number of visits is restricted as per the agreement. Additional visits will cost extra.
    3.05    We need a written approval of homepage design after that the development will take place.
    3.06    Timely approval or feedback appriciated.
    3.07    Under construction works will be viewed in a temporary link.
    3.08    No additional work will be taken before completion of the current project work.
    3.09    Any additional work beyond the project agreement will be charged extra.
    3.10    Logo Design, Graphics, enhancement etc will cost extra.
    3.11    Make sure you make all the payment, before making the website.
    3.12    1 month free support if you don’t have domain and hosting with us.
    3.13    1 year free support if you have domain and hosting with us.
    3.14    Clients can use AMC for any additional work after completion of the project.
    3.15    Agreement will get cancelled, if client don't respond any communication more than 3 months.
    3.16    No payment refund shall be made if the project cancelled for any reason.
    3.17    Clients are requested not to use any abusive languges in case any problem in the work.
    3.18    Currently we don’t provide CMS or E- Commerce based website.
    3.19    We start the project work only after getting all the properly documented content from the client.
    3.20    In case needed to visit the client’s place, please make sure there is a prior appointment.
